In addition to the development and manufacture of our own CNC machine tools, we provide a range of technical services for machines and systems from various manufacturers.
From systematic troubleshooting and repairs to the optimization of existing manufacturing processes and the development of custom machine and automation solutions, we combine mechanical and electrical expertise with software engineering know-how. Our aim is to address technical challenges with practical solutions, whether the equipment is one of our own machines or an existing system from another manufacturer.

Application Engineering & Process Optimisation
We analyse, develop and optimise CNC machining processes with regard to quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness. This includes tool selection, cutting parameters, machining strategies, troubleshooting and practical machining trials.

CNC Software & Postprocessors
We develop and optimize custom CNC postprocessors, machine macros and control-specific software functions. We adapt existing programs and workflows to machines, control systems and manufacturing requirements, including across different manufacturers.

Machine Service, Repair & Modernization
We support troubleshooting, repairs and technical optimisation of machine tools and industrial equipment from a wide range of manufacturers. Our services cover mechanical, electrical and control-related issues, as well as targeted modernisation of existing machines.

Drive Technology & Axis Systems
We support the design, integration and optimization of industrial drive and positioning systems. From servo drives and variable frequency drives to ball screws, linear motors and complete axis systems, tailored to the application.

05 – CAD/CAM Support & Training
Wir bieten praxisorientierte Unterstützung und Schulungen für Autodesk Fusion 360. Dazu gehören CAD-Konstruktion, CAM-Programmierung, Werkzeugverwaltung sowie die Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen – individuell abgestimmt auf den Kenntnisstand und die Anforderungen unserer Kunden.
06 – Tooling Technology & Procurement
We assist with the selection and procurement of suitable toolholders, cutting tools, collets, workholding equipment and zero-point clamping systems, taking into account the technical requirements of the machine and machining process.
07 – Contract CNC Manufacturing
We provide CNC manufacturing of components to individual customer specifications. Our focus is on cost-effective, repeatable production of series parts in quantities of 100 or more, taking into account material, geometry and manufacturing requirements.
